About The Position

The Starbucks Manager at OTG is responsible for driving a new type of travel hospitality experience at LGA. This role focuses on managing a multi-million-dollar business, nurturing talent, and ensuring high-quality service standards while leading a team in a dynamic airport environment.

Requirements

• 2 years of retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
• Ability to work full time, regularly demanding over 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
