Villa Restaurant Group is looking for a Starbucks Co-Manager to join our team at Terminal 8 of JFK Airport!
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Starbucks location in a fast-paced airport environment
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering legendary customer service
- Assist in managing inventory, labor, and operational excellence to ensure profitability
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and team members
- Collaborate with airport partners to uphold compliance and brand standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in food service or retail (Starbucks experience a plus!)
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Must be able to pass a background check for airport security clearance
