Villa Restaurant Group is looking for a Starbucks Co-Manager to join our team at Terminal 8 of JFK Airport!

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in food service or retail (Starbucks experience a plus!)
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A hands-on leader who leads by example
• Must be able to pass a background check for airport security clearance

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Starbucks location in a fast-paced airport environment
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering legendary customer service
• Assist in managing inventory, labor, and operational excellence to ensure profitability
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and team members
• Collaborate with airport partners to uphold compliance and brand standards
