• Monitor food quality and service speed using established checklists.
• Demonstrate positive role modeling for customer service and team dynamics.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and motivation to associates.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety and sanitation.
• Utilize sales reports and forecasts to meet profit/loss goals.
• Assist in menu item preparation and production.
• Manage ordering and inventory according to business needs.
