About The Position

The position involves creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. The role requires achieving sales and profit goals for the department and monitoring quality assurance standards. The individual will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Coffee kiosk, supporting the Deli Manager in day-to-day operations. Requirements

  • Minimum High school education or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic math.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Current food handlers permit once employed.

  • Management experience preferred.
  • Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).

  • Provide quality beverages consistently for all customers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a department business plan.
  • Monitor and control expenses for the department.
  • Maintain awareness of inventory and stocking conditions.
  • Schedule price changes and update promotional signs.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Reinforce safety programs and notify management of unsafe conditions.
  • Report all safety risks and illegal activities.
  • Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
