About The Position

As a key member of the QFC team, you will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. You will achieve sales and profit goals established for the department while monitoring and controlling all established quality assurance standards. Additionally, you will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Coffee kiosk, supporting the Deli Manager in the day-to-day functions of the kiosk operations. Embracing the Customer 1st strategy, you will encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic math.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Current food handlers permit once employed.
