Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to Safeway customers.
• Train, supervise, schedule, and assign duties to barista clerks.
• Maintain appropriate stock and inventory levels.
• Write orders in the order guidebook and enter them into the computer.
• Check orders for completeness upon arrival.
• Brew coffee, tea, and chocolate using various kitchen equipment.
• Operate the cash register to accept payments and make change.
• Ensure cleanliness of the coffee service area and maintain displays.
• Resolve customer issues related to sales or service dissatisfaction.
• Provide financial reporting to the Store Manager and Field Supervisor.
