About The Position

You’re creating genuine moments of connection with our customers and making a difference to their day, through creating handcraft delicious beverages and building relationships with our customers and with your fellow partners in store. We want you to be your true authentic self at work because here you belong. You must be adaptable and flexible team player with ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet goals. The Barista provides excellent guest service, arista duties, including cash handling, use of electronic sale systems, ensure that all opening and closing duties are performed, complete all daily required side work and checklists .

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to build relationships
