As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will have the opportunity to provide an exceptional guest experience by delivering quality handcrafted beverages and food. You will be responsible for maintaining the execution of Food and Beverage Standards, ensuring product freshness, and adhering to food safety guidelines. This role requires a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for guests and supporting the Starbucks Drive Up process. You will engage with guests, monitor food quality, and complete all required training related to quality control.

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests and prioritizing their needs.
Uphold and maintain the execution of Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks brand standards.
Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management.
Maintain an inviting dining area for guests.
Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items.
Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space.
Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products.
Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pick up.

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle cash register operations accurately.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.

Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred.
