About The Position

Baristas are the heart of Harrah's Starbucks, creating moments of connection and proudly wearing the green apron. This role involves crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Customer service and food handling experience (preferred but not required).
• SNHD Health Card Required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and tea drinks to Starbucks standards, including espresso-based drinks, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specials.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and create a welcoming experience while providing Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service.
• Recommend drinks and food items, explain ingredients, and promote new offerings.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Clean workstations, restock supplies, and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
• Work closely with fellow baristas to keep operations smooth and efficient.
