As a Lead Starbucks Barista, you will play a key role in overseeing the Starbucks dining area while guiding and inspiring the team of Baristas. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior barista, café or grab & go experience
• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Describes themselves as detail-oriented
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a team of baristas during shifts.
• Use knowledge of selling techniques and service for Starbucks beverages and menu items.
• Address guest complaints within your authority, and refer other issues to management or security when needed.
• Take orders, serve, and garnish food and drinks quickly and accurately.
• Pack and complete orders with the correct condiments based on guests' preferences.
• Perform opening and closing tasks based on your shift assignment.
• Unload and stock warehouse orders, keeping storage areas organized and replenishing supplies and machines as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both front and back areas, clear tables and counters, and keep the dining area clean without disrupting guests.
• Set daily inventory levels and complete the order sheet.
