About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Starbucks Assistant Manager at Nebraska Medicine Hospital in Omaha, NE. The retail store manager will help direct all operations for the Starbucks location in the medical center. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Management experience in the food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)
  • Previous experience working in a high volume facility
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation and experience enforcing

Responsibilities

  • Help oversee retail operations for the Starbucks location
  • Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors
  • Provide high-level service to customers
  • Oversee cash handling processes and POS programming and maintenance
  • Manage vendor relationships and compliance
  • Maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards
  • Coordinate department safety and sanitation
