About The Position

The Bartender at Star Cinema Grill is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by mixing and serving drinks, ensuring a positive dining experience. This role involves managing inventory, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness at the bar, all while adhering to state regulations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Customer service focused and solution-oriented.
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Full bar service, including wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
