About The Position

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. The goal is to provide kitchen and bath cabinets crafted by dedicated Wellborn employees with the utmost quality and care. Today, over 55 years later, the product line has broadened to include cabinetry and storage solutions to help maximize the total home living space. One of the initial points of contact in preparation for Manufacturing. This role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living. The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Finishing Department

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter who works well under pressure and can follow a list of daily work assignments.
  • Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity.
  • Must be team oriented, interactive, and possess strong communication skills.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Staples product in correct location and supply work to paint line loaders
  • Ensures the paperwork matches the product.
  • Checks colors listed on paperwork to ensure jobs are being loaded with the correct colors
  • Keeps a steady flow of stapled product ready for the line loaders to keep the paint line running.
