This role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living. The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Finishing Department

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter who works well under pressure and can follow a list of daily work assignments.
• Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity.
• Must be team oriented, interactive, and possess strong communication skills.
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Staples product in correct location and supply work to paint line loaders
• Ensures the paperwork matches the product.
• Checks colors listed on paperwork to ensure jobs are being loaded with the correct colors
• Keeps a steady flow of stapled product ready for the line loaders to keep the paint line running.
