About The Position

This position performs concessions and cash operations activities with primary responsibility for greeting guests; serving food and beverages; setting, stocking, and breaking down concession stands, carts, and portables; maintaining accurate counts; collecting payment for all food and beverages served. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greets guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, totals receipts; collects payments. Requests proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages when legal age is questionable (under the age of 30). Stocks and maintains supplies, refrigerators, dispensers, and/or display cases, and replaces soda and CO2 tanks as necessary ensuring no interruption in guest service. Transports soiled dishes/glassware to kitchen and concession breakdown stations. Sweeps and mops floors. May be responsible for FOH food preparation, i.e. pretzels, salads, sandwiches, etc. Completes set up and break down of concession stands, portables, deli carts, espresso bar dining tables, and equipment. Performs all duties on checklist including cleaning duties. Complies with all company, local, state, and national regulations pertaining to food quality, sanitation, and safety. Completes all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time , and position self to move about.
  • The employee is frequently required to operate and use food and beverage tools and equipment; and communicate with guests, employees, and management.
  • The employee must frequently move up to 42 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
