About The Position

Calian is seeking a Standards Support Designer in the subject of Material Management Training to assist our client Department of National Defence in Borden, ON.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the conduct of training and education evaluation (both student and programme evaluation) in the area of Material Management Training
• You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
• You must be able to work onsite

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining Training Plans
• Generating examinations from assessment plans
• Developing assessment plans
• Analyzing examinations and provide feedback
• Actioning feedback for continuous improvement of the implementation of training and/or development of ideas for training/learning aids
