About The Position

Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time. We are looking for a Standards Manager located in St. George, Utah who will be responsible for ensuring that checklists are accurately examined and that proper acknowledgments and instructions are given to team members to ensure all standards are kept.

Requirements

Passion for helping others
Experience reviewing completed checklists or audits for correctness and validation
Ability to hold standards without compromise
Experience creating charts and graphs to show trending statistics
Experience with handling confidential information
Professional in both appearance and interactions with others
Handle stress and high-pressure situations well
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Responsibilities

Ensure all areas are using the most up-to-date version of their checklists
Ensure all areas strive to work on the checklist until each standard is passing
Communicate with managers and directors to ensure that checklists are submitted on time
Create monthly and weekly plans to ensure all checklists that are submitted
Review validated checklists that have been submitted by team members
Ensure that proper instructions are included to handle all items that are not up to standard
Submit any recurring checklist items to the training or corrections department
Acknowledge team members who achieve 100% on their checklist
Submit checklists that pass the examination with 100% to the Certification & Awards Manager
