The Standardized Patient Educator (SPE) at the University of California, Riverside, plays a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience within the School of Medicine. Responsibilities may involve leading training sessions, editing program curriculum, scheduling standardized patients (SPs) and students, and tracking SP compliance and completion of training curriculum. The SPE must apply their knowledge of educational activities and curriculum requirements to effectively manage these tasks, ensuring that all simulation training meets the established standards and objectives. The position offers a competitive salary range of $63,037 to $95,881 annually, with the expected pay scale for this role being up to $77,026.32. Salary offers are determined based on various factors, including education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization to accept a staff position at UCR, as the university is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for staff.
