Standard Technician

At Natran Green Pest Control, we are dedicated to providing exceptional pest control services while prioritizing the health and safety of families, pets, and the environment. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in our mission by performing general pest, termite, rodent, and mosquito control using environmentally friendly green products. You will be assigned a specific route and will be responsible for delivering services, assisting customers, and collaborating with office personnel. This position requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts during the busy season. Your responsibilities will include inspecting properties, diagnosing pest issues, performing exclusion services, and conducting animal removal, which may involve trapping, baiting, and light carpentry work. You will also be required to work at rooftop levels and apply products according to label and operating procedures. A key aspect of your role will be to diagram properties for treatment, read and explain diagrams to customers, and maintain clear verbal and written communication skills. As a service-minded, motivated, and independent self-starter, you will meet potential customers by appointment, prepare and present proposals, and close new business. You will also review and communicate contracts with customers, receive payments, and schedule follow-up services as needed. This position demands attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and adaptability to work outside in variable weather conditions. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a minimum of two rotating Saturdays per month, with the possibility of additional on-call availability on Sundays, depending on staffing levels and seasonal demands.
