About The Position

-Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to transport, stack, retrieve, and replenish palletized product in racking systems and warehouse locations. -Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers in accordance with company procedures and shipping schedules. -Move materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods between warehouse and production lines as needed. -Take finished orders on pallets, put them in racks, away from production, and place them on a shrink wrap machine.-Once shrink-wrapped, place them in rack or floor storage. -Ensure proper stacking, wrapping, securing, and handling of products to prevent damage. -Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards in accordance with housekeeping and safety standards. -Follow all company policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety procedures. -Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have several years of experience of operating with a stand-up reach forklift in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
• Must be a team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, or shifts as needed
• Must have experience in the warehouse environment with narrow spaces and heavy loads
• Must be able to operate a forklift for 10 hours a day
• Must have a sense of urgency
