About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team in a high-volume spice warehouse . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating stand-up reach trucks and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize spice and seasoning products throughout the facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse flow, product integrity, and accurate inventory control.

Requirements

• 2+ year of stand-up forklift experience
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to be certified.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork attitude are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a food or spice manufacturing warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload pallets of spices, seasonings, and packaging materials.
• Transport finished goods and raw ingredients to designated storage or production areas.
• Perform accurate product picks for shipping and replenishment.
• Follow warehouse layout to maintain proper rotation (FIFO) and prevent cross-contamination.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and order verification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area.
• Report equipment issues, product damage, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
• Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and OSHA regulations.
