About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (required)
- Previous warehouse experience (required)
- Valid forklift certification (preferred or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts (reach truck or similar) safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse
- Pick, stage, and transport products according to work orders
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow warehouse procedures
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
