Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations of your stand.
- Recruit, hire, and train Brewistas and Shift Leaders.
- Manage scheduling, P&L, and team performance.
- Build a positive, kind, and accountable culture.
