About The Position
The Stand Manager is responsible for overseeing the profitable operation of their assigned location while upholding the culture, mission, and values of 7 Brew. This role involves leading a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service and cleanliness. The manager will coach and train staff, manage inventory, handle cash operations, and facilitate team development, all while maintaining a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
