The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for leading and organizing the operations at the concession stand, bar, and/or portable carts to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere at that one location. The stand lead is responsible for inventory and product, but not ringing up product. The Lead understands the content of the menu and ensures the timely delivery of food. Food safety and sanitation guidelines must be followed, as well as the step up and breakdown of service areas.
