We are seeking an experienced stamping tooling professional to support
post-sourcing tooling execution and financial performance. This role focuses on
tracking tooling changes, die rework, and engineering updates while maintaining
alignment with approved tooling budgets and STS operating standards.

STS (Stamping Tooling Specialist) standards define the processes, quality
expectations, and execution discipline required to support successful tooling
delivery and launch readiness.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical stamping tooling expertise and
business acumen, ensuring changes are executed efficiently and tooling
investments are tracked and controlled.

The Stamping Tooling Program Specialist supports the financial tracking and
execution of stamping tooling following construction release. This role ensures
engineering changes, product updates, and die rework activities are implemented
in accordance with timing, quality, and cost objectives.

Working within established Stamping Tooling Specialist (STS) processes and
tooling standards, this position monitors tooling spend, supports supplier
execution, and contributes to performance metric development.
