About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verifies correct material and documentation for production run Installs and aligns dies in press according to specifications Adjusts ram stroke to specified height as needed Threads and positions coil material through feed line equipment into progressive die Positions and adjusts feed line equipment, scrap trays, and part containers Operates automatic press line observing operation to detect misalignment or malfunction Reads and interprets blueprints and assembly instructions Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and makes adjustments to correct errors. Isolates non-conforming product Labels, scans, and moves product per procedures Completes basic machine troubleshooting and corrective maintenance Cleans and lubricates machines and maintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion Maintains a safe environment by following procedures and highlighting any potential hazards Addresses press line problems by enlisting the help of support staff Signals for needed inventory using computer Documents actions by entering production and inventory computer transactions and by completing quality forms Able to identify, analyze, and address production problems with the aid of production support Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: A High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Excellent hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components Physical stamina and strength Ability to lift at least 40 lbs Able to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods of time Mechanical and technical skills a plus Previous manufacturing experience a plus We will offer: A fun and family-oriented work environment Clean, safe and bright facilities A rapidly growing, global company and respected industry leader Flexible work schedules to achieve desired work-life balance Job stability

Requirements
