Sets up and operates assigned equipment up to 110 ton press. Capable of running multiple pieces of equipment, stand alone or cellular fashion. Trained and certified on all presses and complex tooling above 110 ton press or operate a cell of machines that includes secondary processes. Perform minor in-die tool component changes. Rotate to various assigned machines as required. Problem solves and makes corrective adjustments during set-up and operation of assigned equipment. Aides others in problem solving. Responsible for adhering to best safety practices in performing the job Responsible for maintaining all quality requirements and productivity standards. Responsible for maintaining 5S throughout the department. Trains and provides work direction to others as required. Work with management, engineering, and quality technicians on process improvement. Completes daily routine maintenance as required. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
