About The Position

The Stager is responsible for preparing frames, legs, cushions, poly, and covers for upholstery, following ticket specifications with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs consistently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours daily
• Available for weekend and overtime work
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, closed-toe/heel shoes)
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures
• Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Responsibilities

• Stage materials according to ticket instructions
• Read tickets to identify correct components
• Assist with unloading trucks and organizing materials
• Move staged frames to appropriate upholstery lines
• Perform other duties as assigned
