About The Position
Responsible for providing production services required in operating varied professional entertainment events.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and driving skills.
- Good judgement and professionalism
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to perform physically intensive labor including ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
Nice To Haves
- College coursework in technical theatre a plus
Responsibilities
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions/instructions
- Assist with technical requirements for events
- Involves moving and setting up equipment for events and any necessary support for concerts and stage staff
- Ability to perform complex technical set-ups under stress and within pressing deadlines
- Provide transport service in a comfortable, safe, and timely manner
- Consults and gets approval from entertainers, exhibitors, and demonstrators before loading, securing, transporting, unloading and moving equipment onto the cart.
- Comply with all safety policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ensures all required certifications and drivers’ licenses are always valid
