About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Stage Manager in live events or theater production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by production schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of stage equipment and production processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of stage production, including rehearsal schedules and performance logistics.
• Act as the primary point of communication between the director, crew, and performers throughout the production process.
• Ensure that all stage and production elements are prepared and in place prior to rehearsals and performances.
• Monitor the progress of rehearsals and performances, making quick decisions to resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain a detailed log of all production activities, including schedules, changes, and notes for future reference.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of stage equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in the training and management of production assistants and crew members.
