About The Position

Soitec is a company listed on the CAC Next 20 index of the Paris Stock Exchange that operates upstream in the microelectronics value chain. Our innovative semiconductor materials are essential to the functioning of smartphones and the deployment of 5G. They also offer numerous opportunities for connected cars, electric and autonomous vehicles, and embedded intelligence in connected objects. This position gives us an incredible responsibility, which inspires us every day: to enable the widespread adoption of technological innovations while significantly limiting their environmental impact, in line with our commitment to responsible innovation and sustainable development. Under the responsibility of your tutor, you will act as a technical reference and operational support around the FDC (Fault Detection & Classification) tool, a key driver of industrial performance. Your project will be structured around three main areas: FDC Expertise & Operational Monitoring Ensure the daily proper functioning of FDC models. Analyze signals and deviations to identify real anomalies. Provide technical support to Process and Maintenance engineers in implementing and optimizing FDC strategies. Contribute to process reliability and continuous improvement. Data Visualization & Digitalization Support the deployment of a new Power BI report centralizing performance indicators. Structure and ensure the reliability of data to improve readability. Optimize dashboards to facilitate rapid decision-making and detect potential configuration errors. Change Management & Training Become the ambassador of the new tools among field teams. Train technicians in the use of FDC solutions. Collect user needs to improve the tools and strengthen their adoption. This internship will allow you to lead a complete project combining technical expertise, data analysis, and human support, with a direct impact on industrial performance.
