About The Position

The Penn State School of Music seeks to fill part-time student positions on its Stage Crew. These positions are responsible for the immediate production needs of artists and presenters who use production management services.

Requirements

• Scheduling is event-driven, and no regularly scheduled hours or shifts are available.
• Applicants are required to have at least one weekday morning or afternoon free of other commitments.
• Frequent evening and weekend availability is required.
• The position requires the ability to follow directions and successfully work as a member of a team.
• Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Nice To Haves

• Preference will be given to full-time registered Penn State College of Arts & Architecture students.

Responsibilities

• Operate A/V, lighting, and acoustic banner systems in the Recital Hall.
• Prepare the stage area for performers and Hall for concertgoers.
