About The Position
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Stage Crew Worker for the Mason Gross School of the Arts – Theater Arts department. Overview Mason Gross School of the Arts is a vibrant community of artists and scholars committed to pursuing excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. Its mission is to create socially relevant art, foster diverse programming and curricula, cultivate community partnerships, and advance the arts through teaching, creative activity, advocacy, and research that contributes to the public good. Responsibilities
- Handles scene, costume, sound, lighting, and/or properties.
- Participates as part of carpentry, theatrical electricians, costume drapers/stitchers, backstage crew, or front of house staff during rehearsal and performance.
