Ferrero is looking for its next Brand Manager, Innovation to join our Kinder team. As Brand Manager, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and gain high-level visibility within our global organization. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the vision for Kinder within the chocolate category and beyond in the US. You will drive both short-term and long-term plans for renovation and innovation. This position is Hybrid and based out of our HQ in Parsippany, NJ.

  • Contributes to long-term vision for maximizing Kinder's potential in the US
  • Conducts business and brand analysis, monitoring and reporting
  • Performs in-depth market, competitive and brand analysis to assist in formulating brand strategy
  • Analyzes business and brand results to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized
  • Maintains understanding of the competitive environment to aid in insights, recommendations, and decision making
  • Prepares and creates engaging, concise, and persuasive presentations
  • Actively manages brand budget and provides recommendations on efficiencies
  • Assists in qualitative and quantitative market research process
  • Leads innovation development with cross-functional team from concept to opportunity assessment
  • Partners with Finance to ensure profitability of ideas
  • Assists SBM in note taking and dissemination for PG meetings
  • Prepares advanced updates and slides for own projects to share
  • Engages inter-departmentally with Trade marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal
  • Manages relations with third party vendors
  • Presents in front of senior management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's degree in Business is a plus
  • At least 5 years' experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing
  • Experience working with syndicated databases; i.e. IRI, ACNielsen
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
  • Possesses solid project management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment
  • Experience with budget management
  • Well-versed in Forecasting
  • Exposure to or understanding of P&L management is a plus
  • Global marketing experience is a plus
