As a key member of the Elara Caring team, you’ll ensure our patients receive consistent, timely, and high-quality care by managing and coordinating staff schedules.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office, scheduling, or dispatching role (preferred)
  • Compassion and understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws

Responsibilities

  • Schedule homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage client cases without an attendant (CWA) and ensure compliance with Elara Caring protocols
  • Communicate regularly with clients and document all touchpoints in Arrow
  • Submit and track all regulatory and compliance documentation (e.g., 2067 forms, new hire tracking, etc.)
  • Update attendant availability and maintain accurate scheduling records
  • Conduct or coordinate verbal orientations (if qualified)
  • Support staffing coverage for planned and unplanned absences
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure the highest standard of service delivery
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
