About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Staffing Specialist for our non-medical in home companion service, Hillcrest Caring Companions, in Bellevue, NE. Pay: Starting at $20.00+ per hour based on experience Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with rotating on call. What does Hillcrest have to offer? Four different health care plans to choose from! Manage clients’ available hours/authorization to utilize all of the approved hours. Directly communicate schedule changes to clients and caregivers. Ensure notations in WellSky are current. Provide oversight to daily clock in/out signatures, other EVVS requirements. Monitor team member overtime, keep to well under 10% of monthly service hours. Record shift bonuses, attendance issues as directed. What should I have to be considered? At least 2 years of scheduling experience in an in-home environment Caregiver experience preferred
