They use data-driven processes to guide decision-making, follow all established procedures, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and maintain a professional, consultative approach with both Craftworkers and clients. PCs also play a key role in Craftworker retention by building strong relationships, understanding availability, and ensuring clear communication with the Sales team.
