Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience; equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Experience with interviewing
  • Basic understanding of basic human resources functions surrounding hiring, terminating, compensation guidelines workers compensation and unemployment
  • MS Office skills including: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and place candidates on a high-volume basis with a sense of urgency
  • Actively recruit, Interview, screen and assess candidates to determine skill set and potential fit
  • Initiate/conduct and maximize searches using a variety of social media and networking
  • Communicate regularly with potential candidates, applicants, and hiring managers to inform them on the process and status
  • Implement and apply screening techniques applicable to position requirements and administer candidate assessments as appropriate
  • Proactively recruit by utilizing job fairs, email campaigns, and group interviews in order to fill client requests timely and maintain “on-deck” candidates.
  • Utilize staffing software to manage and track status of candidates
  • Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned
