About The Position

Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a Full Time Staffing Specialist to join our corporate team! As a Staffing Specialist with Healix, you will have the opportunity to monitor staffing schedules for Healix Infusion Centers to provide adequate coverage for outages; implement cost savings opportunities through effective logistical planning for travelers; schedule staff accordingly and performs operational tasks related to travel expenses as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or recent related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor staffing outages and execute strategies to ensure Healix infusion centers are adequately staffed with qualified personnel.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate all staffing outages with a sense of urgency to ensure coverage options are discussed internally as needed.
  • Maintain exceptional communication regarding outages with corporate, client services, and sites accordingly.
  • Serve on an after-hours on call rotation for the staffing hotline.
  • Verify employee timecards to ensure accuracy of time worked, labor allocation management, and on call/call back hours entry completed by the employee.
  • Assist with management of department operations and expense reporting for personnel in accordance with payroll and accounting deadlines.
  • Ensure employee confidentiality related to personal and/or health concerns are protected.
  • Comfortable managing complex situations utilizing critical thinking skills and established professional relationships with managers.
  • Other duties as assigned
