Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED may substitute for 2 years of work experience

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains unit/department schedules. Manages human resource deployment across patient care service areas.
  • Collaborates regarding flexing staffing between units/departments based on patient acuity levels and budgetary guidelines.
  • Participates in managing the unit/department business operations and budget.
  • Maintains the payroll system for the assigned unit/department and reconciles discrepancies.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support.
  • Performs environmental rounds to assess maintenance, equipment and supply needs and provides follow-up action.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
