About The Position

This role is ideal for someone focused on delivering top-notch staffing solutions, with the ability to work with external clientele to meet their staffing and recruiting needs. As a Staffing Specialist, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle for temporary roles in the light industrial sector, ensuring that candidate qualifications align with client requirements. You will conduct candidate screenings and interviews, manage comprehensive orientations, and ensure candidates are properly supported throughout their employment. This position requires adaptability to flexible recruitment strategies to meet market changes and client demands effectively. You will maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and soliciting feedback on placements, thereby subtly managing account relationships. Additionally, you will keep accurate records of all recruitment activities to maintain the integrity and transparency of the staffing process. Participation in networking and professional development events is also expected to maintain industry knowledge and promote the services of Wood Personnel Services, Inc.
