Mederi Private Care is hiring a Part Time Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator in the Gainesville, FL area! This is a full time position offering benefits, PTO, and competitive pay. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Scheduling and data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate many activities at one time.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and ensures the scheduling of client cases on a daily basis, including selecting the appropriate caregiver and communicating with the family or client regarding staffing.
• Assists in the process of interviewing and hiring caregivers and participates in the orientation of new caregivers.
• Processes payroll for caregivers on a weekly basis.
• Anticipates staffing needs and works with the Executive Director and/or Business Manager to ensure that an adequate pool of employees is maintained.
• Participates in the on call rotation of the agency.
