About The Position

K&R Staffing HR Consulting is a nationewide growing staffing and human resources consulting firm dedicated to connecting businesses with top\-tier talent and strategic workforce solutions. We partner with organizations across various industries to help them build strong, reliable teams while streamlining their hiring processes. K&R Staffing HR Consulting is seeking motivated, result\-driven Business Sales Representatives to expand our client base and promote our staffing and HR consulting services. This position is designed for self\-starters who are confident in their sales abilities and motivated by unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales experience (staffing or HR services preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time\-management skills
  • CRM experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Identify client staffing and HR needs and present tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision\-makers
  • Negotiate service agreements and close new accounts
  • Collaborate with recruiting and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools
