About The Position
We are currently hiring a Recruiter for our Las Vegas office. This role consists of : Consulting with clients to understand organizational recruitment strategy Agreeing on a recruitment mandate with the internal recruiters Searching for and approaching suitable candidates Posting job ads to attract applicants Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting process Screening resumes and conducting interviews Developing and maintaining relationships with professionals Attending job fairs and other events to recruit professionals Creating and posting job descriptions and advertisements
