About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who will play a key role in driving permanent placement candidates through the GoTu recruiting service. This is a high-velocity, performance-driven environment where speed, activity, and execution directly impact results and earnings.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, with a strong preference for B2B and SaaS sales experience
  • Proven results in hitting placement or revenue targets
  • Quick learner, self-directed, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working understanding of the Staffing and Recruiting, including PE and/or VC-backed environments
  • Bias for action, ability to prioritize competing objectives, attention to detail, and unparalleled critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Must be in the Miami area or open to relocation for a fully in-person role in our Downtown Miami office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high output with 50 to 60 outbound dials daily and 150 or more personalized outreach messages or campaigns
  • Manage pipeline velocity with a heavy candidate roster and a target of 30 or more interviews per month. Close 10 to 15 permanent placements monthly
  • Source aggressively using GoTu’s Deep Work platform to identify licensed dental professionals for a permanent role
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from first outreach through offer negotiation
  • Operate in a data-driven workflow where metrics like dials per interview and interviews per fill guide daily execution
  • Stay resilient and persistent, turning rejection into momentum
  • Leverage technology to efficiently manage high-volume messaging campaigns and CRM workflows
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates, recognizing that top talent is often not actively seeking new opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong ability to address and overcome the candidate's objections
