The Staffing Manager is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The Staffing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events. Moreover, the Staffing Manager will also support all other staffing related functions. The Staffing Manager will work with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable.

Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation and retraining classes with human resources and operations managers.
Maintain training logs.
Partner with operators to determine staffing levels during events.
Create staffing templates.
Schedule staff for events.
Answer phones and interact with staff to resolve staffing related issues.
Assist with and further develop event day employee check-in processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in collaboration with management.
Work with Staffing Office personnel and operations team to ensure all event staffing levels are met.
Oversee uniform room attendants.
Perform other duties as assigned.
