About The Position
As the Director Staffing Efficiency, you are responsible for supporting the strategic direction and performance improvement initiatives associated with Parallon service lines and other units engaged with the Parallon Operations Analytics team. You will work cross-functionally with department Directors and Executive Leadership to optimize the organization's daily staffing and drive continuous improvement.
