About The Position

Staffing/Driver Manager (transportation industry) position available in Greenville, SC (Upstate SC), with a long-standing driver services leader! We lease professional truck drivers (class A CDL) both short and long term to companies in the Upstate/Greenville, SC area. The Staffing Manager will assign drivers to Customers and manage our driver group. Managing the driver group includes screening, interviewing, hiring new drivers and coaching current drivers to deliver the best service available. Other duties will include payroll entry, driver file maintenance and customer service calls. WHAT WE OFFER: $40,000 base pay + on-call pay and bonus potential (up to $50K or more) Medical & dental insurance/holidays/vacations/401K Plus! Requirements

  • Transportation background with driver supervision is preferred (2-3 years)
  • Knowledge of FMCSR and driver regulations very helpful!
  • Self-motivated - ability to work without close supervision!
  • Enjoy working with people!
  • Have multi-tasking skills and enjoy a fast paced environment!
  • Be a team player - who is goal oriented and results driven!
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills!
  • Proficient with PC - Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Previous transportation staffing experience would be great!
