About the position

The Staffing Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing various administrative and personnel functions within a fast-paced office environment. This position requires a strong sense of urgency and responsibility to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with company standards. The role involves coordinating communication with candidates, supporting onboarding processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with candidates, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming interviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activity in HR systems.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Area Account Executive to understand staffing needs and assist in planning recruitment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in hiring practices.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Work with the Area Account Executive to develop new accounts and build existing accounts.
  • Complete timekeeping/invoice procedures to ensure employees are paid correctly and clients are billed correctly.
  • Other responsibilities as requested by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in staffing, recruitment and/or HR role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Bilingual a plus.
