About The Position

The Staffing Coordinator for Camber Mental Health (CMH) needs the experience and drive to work independently and successfully to meet growth and staffing objectives. They are responsible for ensuring all shifts are fully staffed and in compliance. The Staffing Coordinator is often the first person direct care candidates will meet and interview with, so a welcoming presence and positive attitude are required. Additionally, they serve as a liaison with the Human Resources Department on recruiting needs and are responsible for championing, and adhering to, the policies and processes involved with the hiring and onboarding of employees, training, staffing, and employee engagement. Professionalism and confidentiality is a must.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum of two years' experience in recruiting and/or interviewing preferred.
• Experience in a 24/7 work environment with staffing and scheduling responsibility preferred.
• Basic knowledge of employment law required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shifts are fully staffed and in compliance.
• Act as the first point of contact for direct care candidates during interviews.
• Serve as a liaison with the Human Resources Department on recruiting needs.
• Champion and adhere to hiring and onboarding policies and processes.
• Manage training, staffing, and employee engagement.
