The Staffing Coordinator for Camber Mental Health (CMH) needs the experience and drive to work independently and successfully to meet growth and staffing objectives. They are responsible for ensuring all shifts are fully staffed and in compliance. The Staffing Coordinator is often the first person direct care candidates will meet and interview with, so a welcoming presence and positive attitude are required. Additionally, they serve as a liaison with the Human Resources Department on recruiting needs and are responsible for championing, and adhering to, the policies and processes involved with the hiring and onboarding of employees, training, staffing, and employee engagement. Professionalism and confidentiality is a must.
